Mary Hemmingsen, CPA/CA

PARTNER, INVESTMENT BANKING

Mary brings more than 30 years of expertise in investment / portfolio / asset management, business / project development, and finance and business operations gained in capital market, energy, infrastructure, construction, CleanTech and related service industries in a series of North American and global roles. She is respected for her work in complex environments to secure transformational value capture and effectively inform successful growth and financing. Since 2017, and after leaving KPMG as a global advisory partner, she has served in a variety of executive advisory roles for energy and infrastructure organizations and in numerous notable and transformational board roles.

Mary is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA/CA) and has completed the Harvard Business School’s Executive General Management Program and the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business’ Institute of Corporate Directors’ education program. Mary is founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards, a U.S.-based invite-only global organization of highly accomplished women. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Simon Fraser University.
